Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
A: Absolutely no refunds on services once you leave the salon
Absolutely no refunds on products
Same day exchange on hair with receipt only

Q: IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

A: Yes any appointment not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours is subject to a $25 inconvenience fee
